Allow prime-run on x11 if monitor capture and the prime gpu is not nvidia.
Enable 2-pass encoding.
Add even higher quality option or make ultra quality much higher quality. Check with vlc to see artifacts better, mpv masks them.
Verify 10 bit works on x11 nvidia.
